How to apply for entry to the Bethel Online Academy:

  1. Download the Application for Entry in Word or PDF
  2. Fill out the application form and, if possible, attach the following documents:
    • Transcript (note: 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students bring grade reports)
    • Shot record/information (if in Bethel district we can usually obtain for you.)
    • IEP for those with Special Education status
    • WASL or out-of-state test results
    * If you are unable to have the above forms at the time of your application submittal, these items will be necessary at the time of your interview.
  3. Send in the application via email, snail mail, fax (253.847.2530), or bring it in to the BOA office.

NOTE
The Bethel Online Academy is a school of choice. Acceptance varies according to student eligibility.

Interviews are scheduled throughout the school year. The Online Academy follows all Bethel School District holidays and breaks.  Information concerning the Online Academy‘s, expectations and attendance will be given at your interview date.  When positions become available, eligible students on the waiting list will be called for an interview.
